Individual Therapy

$ 125 USD per 50-minute session

Sessions are offered in person in Bellevue and online across Washington State.
Most clients meet weekly or biweekly, depending on their needs and availability.

Insurance

I am currently a private-pay provider and do not bill insurance directly.

I am in the process of credentialing with insurance panels and expect to accept insurance in the future. I will update this page as that becomes available.

If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurer. Reimbursement varies by plan.

Payment

Payment is made by credit card through a secure client portal at the time of each session.

Cancellation & Missed Sessions

Sessions cancelled with fewer than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed sessions, are billed at the full session fee. This policy helps maintain a consistent schedule for all clients.

Good Faith Estimate

Clients who are not using insurance are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs upon request, in accordance with the No Surprises Act.
