Individual Therapy

$ 125 USD per 50-minute session

I offer online therapy for adults located in Washington State. Sessions are held via a secure video platform and are typically scheduled weekly or biweekly, depending on your needs and availability.

Insurance

I am a private-pay provider and do not participate in insurance panels.

If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for you to submit directly to your insurer. Reimbursement depends on your specific plan.

You are encouraged to confirm coverage details directly with your insurance company.

Payment

Payment is made by credit card through a secure client portal at the time of each session.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions cancelled with fewer than 24 hours’ notice are billed at half the session fee for the first occurrence. Subsequent missed sessions are billed at the full session rate. This policy helps maintain a consistent schedule for all clients.

Good Faith Estimate

Clients who are not using insurance are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs upon request, in accordance with the No Surprises Act.
