Sessions are offered in person in Bellevue and online across Washington State.

Payment

For private-pay sessions through Juniper Online Therapy, payment arrangements are reviewed before scheduling.

For insurance-based sessions through Mindful Therapy Group, billing and payment are handled through MTG.

Cancellation & Missed Sessions

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less notice, as well as missed sessions, are billed at the full session fee.

Good Faith Estimate

Clients who are not using insurance are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs upon request, in accordance with the No Surprises Act.
