Individual Therapy

$150 USD per 50-minute session
I offer online therapy for adults located in Washington State. Sessions are held through a secure video platform and can be scheduled weekly, biweekly, or at a pace that feels sustainable for you.

Group Therapy

$45 USD per group session (per person, per meeting)

Insurance

I am a private-pay provider and do not participate in insurance panels. Many clients appreciate the increased privacy and flexibility this allows.

If you have a plan that includes out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for you to submit directly to your insurer. Reimbursement varies depending on your plan.

I’m happy to walk you through the questions to ask your insurance company if helpful.

Payment

Payment is made by credit card through a secure client portal at the time of each session.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions cancelled with fewer than 48 hours’ notice are billed at the full session fee. This helps maintain a stable schedule for everyone I work with.

Good Faith Estimate

Clients who are not using insurance are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs upon request, in accordance with the No Surprises Act.
